This is the 2nd one I have read and both have the same flaws. the flashbacks were good, but it would have been more believable if the break up of Jamie and B had taken place when she was about 16 instead of so much earlier. ![]() overall it's disjointed and just teenage couples having sex. All the secrets and even Sean popping up were never developed nor was his relationship with the uncle developed to make the kids suspicious. missing their graduation and blowing off the prom without even a dance was all unbelievable and then the Jason revelation just through an email and Olivia's suicide through his statement. there was no damsel in distress event and the gun to the head just made little sense. the conflict at the end with the father went nowhere. ![]() like the series but there are a lot of missed opportunities for a much richer suspense. ![]()
